Going into burnout or a state of adrenal fatigue can be a big shock on the system, physically, emotionally and energetically.
However, a big part of it, is coming into a deeper level of awareness around what’s going on.
👉 I encourage you to be super gentle on yourself and notice how much of your thought process is given to all the things that are supposedly wrong with your health and how much thought process and energy is given to ways in which you can draw in brand new energy and vitality.
I know it’s hard. 🙏 It’s so easy to get constantly fixated on your current symptoms. I was there too, remember! But, the more you focus on the current symptoms, the more you will have symptoms to be fixated upon.
Now, I’m not saying to ignore what’s going on – for your body needs your attention right now, BUT, give just as much attention, if not more, to creating a new way of doing things.
No one else can do this for you.
✅ You need to create it within your own being.
✅ Take yourself into your future and bring your feelings and physical body into a new reality. Keep seeing the vision of how you want your new body to feel.
