This is not to say don’t have them at all, but experiment with which ones feel right for you. ✅
⭕️ If you are dealing with blood sugar issues, you may find the juices very light on your system, sustaining you only for a very short time.
⭕️ This was definitely the case for me a number of years back when I was deep in the discomfort of adrenal fatigue and crashing blood sugars.
✅ A solution to this is adding more bulk to it, including protein and fats as part of the mix.
An example combination is:
✔️ Beetroot juice (great for blood sugar regulation)
✔️ Celery juice (filled with natural mineral salts to rebalance your system)
✔️ Pea protein powder
✔️ Linseeds
✔️ Avocado
