How many times have you said to yourself:
⭕ “I’m too busy to meditate.”
⭕ “I’m too busy to do breathing exercises.”
⭕ “I’m too busy to be still.”
The thing is, if you don’t ever make this time for yourself, there will be some consequence to your overall health and well being. 😝
You may get away with it for a while, but it will eventually catch up with you.
✅ There is a way to do this though.
✅ The secret is really about building this into the way that you live.
Taking 5 minute stillness breaks are always available to you. The biggest thing is being aware enough to do it.
So, next time, you’re:
♦️ At the traffic lights
♦️ Between activities
♦️ On the toilet (yep!)
♦️ Just arrived home in your car.
Simply stop and allow yourself to breathe for 1-5 minutes, allowing you the chance to calm down and reset your system.
