🧘♀️ Let’s be real. For many of us, we still want to watch our favourite Netflix series, but how can we do this without compromising our health.
How would it feel for you to be able to do this while still achieving a sense of calm, rest, opening, expansiveness, groundedness (bye bye busy brain) and a chilled out nervous system whilst indulging in your fave series?
Spoiler alert ➡️ this can be achieved 👏
The picture above speaks it all ☎️ With a little bit of interior design muscle flexing 🏋️♀️ I create a simple yet super effective yoga space in my lounge room area.
Each time I flick on the Netflix I surrender deep into my bolster, mat, blankets and pillows for the ultimate chill.
The Beauty about yoga styles such as yin and restorative yoga is that you hold poses for an elongated period of time, up to 20 minutes and more.
It’s time right now to open up those tight hips, achy things & rock hard hamstrings whilst watching TV (how cool) 👏👌
Say bye bye 👋 to the Netflix guilts and hello 👋 to restorative, yin and the new world of Netflix chill.
➡️ If you’re ready to take your recovery from burnout to the next level and discover more tools like this to finally say goodbye to debilitating fatigue and lethargy, I invite you to claim the 3 part video series, Break Free from Burnout and get the daily rhythms of your life back on track.
Much love and ease,
