When I first came back from my lowest point, it wasn’t always upwards and onwards.โ๏ธ
There were many days of two steps forward and one back, and some days just plain out backwards or going nowhere, but over time I cultivated an attitude of determination to make a change. ๐
I knew I couldn’t go back to where I was and yet I was still getting used to where I was going. It’s ok to feel a bit uneasy and uncomfortable with the in-between stages. You are developingย the new you. ๐๐ป
So today, I just want to say don’t give up. Just because there’s a supposed bad day or bad moment, it doesn’t mean that you’re not getting anywhere. Have a rest and start again. ๐
Your true self, your soul self, who knows the journey you are on, will thank you for it. ๐๐ปโฅ๏ธ
