I was a chronic over giver, and people pleaser for most of my life and it all reached a crisis point in 2010. Not only did I find myself completely burnt out and dealing with severe adrenal fatigue, I came to the end of a very dysfunctional relationship and business. I had allowed myself to be controlled and manipulated by my partner at the time, and this dysfunction crumbled the business we had together, creating no other option but to put it into liquidation, and for each of us to file for bankruptcy.
After a 4-year recovery period using the tools in the Break Free From Burnout program as part of my path back to recovery, I was thankfully able to come out the other side. The steps in this program allowed me to:
